Home ownership is his passion. Building and protecting communities has been his calling. He’s a Marine Corps veteran, and former community mediator. This background provided a foundation that propelled him as a mortgage loan officer, and still drives him to this day. With more than 30 years in the mortgage industry, he’s had the privilege of leading top-producing teams focused on helping thousands of families achieve the dream of homeownership. Through executive leadership roles at some of the nation’s most recognized mortgage banking organizations, he has learned that lasting success is built on a simple foundation: character matters, clarity wins, and people always come first. He is focused on strengthening customer-focused teams, attracting talented difference-makers for our clients, and equipping our originators with the tools, support, and leadership they need to thrive for their clients. He says, “At the core of everything we do is a shared commitment to serving families with excellence and partnering with them through their home loan journey and beyond.” Randell frequently speaks on and contributes to industry discussions on leadership, economic trends, and creating affordable home ownership. He has numerous awards, including being named a HousingWire Vanguard winner, as well as Mortgage Maverick award recipient.

For nearly 19 years at LeaderOne Financial Corporation, Michael has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Information Security Officer. He focuses on using technology to strengthen performance, streamline operations, and support the company’s long-term competitiveness.

His expertise spans Mortgage Loan Origination Systems, IT infrastructure, cloud strategy, and enterprise security—areas where he consistently aligns technology with business goals to drive measurable impact. He leads with a value-driven, innovation-focused approach, building teams that embrace change and deliver results.

Michael has also guided LeaderOne’s advancement in operational efficiency and AI adoption, ensuring the organization stays ahead of industry trends and equipped for future growth.

Outside of work, he is a proud husband, father, and grandfather—now ready to start a new bucket list.

With more than 20 years of mortgage industry experience, Kimberly Palmer leads operations, branch support and process optimization across LeaderOne. Her deep operational expertise and people-first approach ensure that every process is designed to improve efficiency and elevate the client experience. Under her leadership, teams work in sync to deliver consistency and clarity across every touchpoint. In recognition of her impact, Kimberly was named a 2025 HousingWire Insider—an honor reserved for operations leaders transforming the housing industry behind the scenes.

As the Chief Financial Officer for LeaderOne, Adam Schwartz is responsible for direct management of the accounting, servicing, financial reporting, cash management, budgeting and payroll departments. He plays a crucial role in banking relationships and cash oversight for the organization, further highlighting the strength of the Company’s financial position in comparison to its peers. Adam is a member of the Executive Management Team, Board of Directors and is also a Managing Director, playing an essential part in LeaderOne’s leadership, critical decision making, strategic planning, risk management and growth. Adam has his CPA License and has over 30 years of accounting experience.

Todd oversees all capital markets functions and relationships. With over 20 years of leadership experience in the mortgage banking industry, Todd has held pivotal roles across independent mortgage banks, correspondent lending and warehouse lending institutions, developing deep expertise in Capital Markets, Margin Management, and Product Development. He is the author of Protect the House: A Comprehensive Mortgage Capital Markets Strategy Guide, a widely respected resource in the industry.

Prior to joining LeaderOne, Christian served as a legal and compliance executive at prominent mortgage origination and servicing companies.

Christian began his career as a commercial litigator representing lenders, servicers and money center banks. Christian holds a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Utah, Texas, Washington D.C. and before a number of federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court.
