Randy Emery

Randy Emery began his career in 1985 shortly after graduating from college and has worked in the mortgage business for over 40 years. Randy initially worked in the subprime market. He worked for 10 years in this realm and was able to manage 6 offices with the primary focus of taking “broken” nonproductive offices and help turn them around to become productive and successful. Later Randy worked for a large national mortgage lender, charged with establishing and staffing 10 offices throughout the western United States. From there he established his own company along with his partner “Mortgage Plus” and ran this company for 10 years before starting with LeaderOne Financial in 2010.

To say the mortgage business has been a “wild ride” in the last 40 years is an understatement. High rates, low rates, several recessions coupled with a couple big mortgage/real estate business “meltdowns” have been part of this experience. The mortgage business evolved and continued learning and relating to each client has been critical. This experience has served Randy well during the many phases od the mortgage experience.

Six years ago Randy partnered with his daughter Alisha Schweitzer to form the “Father Daughter Loan Team.” This partnership has been instrumental in relating to all different generations looking to purchase or refinance a home. This team makes the home loan experience as seamless as possible through every step of the process.

Together they have access to a wide range of purchase and refinance loan options such as Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Renovation, Construction, ELOC’s, Down Payment Assistance, Reverse Mortgages and more! The team goal is to make the home buying experience enjoyable and communication is the key. The hope for doing this is so each client and their families become “clients for life.”
