About Jacob Kuzman
Jacob Kuzman is not only a Professional Mortgage Planner—he’s a dedicated husband, a proud father of two young daughters, and a dog dad to two Standard Poodles, Carmel and Frenchy. Family and community are at the heart of everything he does, and that mindset carries directly into how he serves his clients.
A graduate of the University of South Florida, Jacob holds degrees in Finance, International Business, Economics, and Biology. This diverse academic background gives him a unique, well-rounded perspective when helping clients navigate complex financial decisions and plan for long-term homeownership.
Outside of work, Jacob enjoys fast cars (AMGs in particular), overlanding and four-wheeling in his Jeeps, and spending time outdoors. The beach is his happy place—especially in Costa Rica and the Hawaiian Islands. When he’s not with his family or clients, Jacob is deeply involved in the local community, serving as Parishioner to St. Margaret Mary Winter Park, an Ambassador and Trustee for the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce, participating on multiple committees, and supporting local charities and foundations throughout the year.
Jacob believes that strong communities start with informed and confident homeowners. His goal—both personally and professionally—is to help families put down roots, build stability, and feel truly connected to the place they call home.
