Charles (Allen) Price is an SVP and Managing Director at LeaderOne Financial, where he has proudly served for more than 15 years. In his role, Charles oversees all aspects of the Washington Region, including recruiting, production, and strategic growth. He has served as a Managing Director for the past two years—one of the most fulfilling chapters of his career—allowing him to contribute at a higher strategic level within the organization.
Charles (Allen) joined LeaderOne in December 2009 when he merged his three-branch organization, Sound Lending, into the company. In 2011, he was elected to the Board of Directors, where he has remained an active and influential voice. Throughout his tenure, he has been deeply involved in shaping company strategy, collaborating closely with the executive team to implement many of the key initiatives that define LeaderOne today. Known for asking the hard questions, Charles is committed to ensuring that every decision is well-thought-out, high-impact, and in the best interest of both shareholders and the company.
A mortgage industry veteran, Charles (Allen) began his career in 1989 as a loan officer assistant and quickly rose to become a loan officer in 1990. In 1995, he accepted a management position with a nationally recognized mortgage lender. By 2001, he was ready to build something of his own, co-founding Sound Lending and successfully operating three branches throughout Washington until merging with LeaderOne in 2009. Over the years, he has remained passionate about helping loan officers maximize their potential—whether through building the right teams or implementing structured systems that promote both professional success and personal balance.
Charles (Allen) is a proud father of three—Alexander (22), Colby (19), and Madison (13). Family is central to his life, and he spends as much time with his children as possible. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, staying fit, and playing racket sports.
A Washington native, he and his family currently reside in Marysville. Charles (Allen) considers it an honor to serve LeaderOne—both as a regional leader and as a member of the Board—and remains committed to supporting the long-term success of the company, its people, and its mission.
